Abstract

Hasil observasi pembelajaran PJOK pada gerak lokomotor, non-lokomotor dan manipulaitf siswa cenderung rendah dan masih kategori sangat kurang sekali hingga kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan gerak lokomotor, non-lokomotor dan manipulatif dengan menerapkan permainan Play and Game pada siswa kelas IV MI Kalipare. Metode yang diunakan pada penelitian ini dengan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Studi ini melibatkan 42 siswa kelas IV di MI Kalipare, yang terdiri dari 18 laki-laki dan 24 perempuan. Hasil pembelajaran dari aspek keterampilan dengan menerapkan metode Play and Games dengan permainan Dodgeball dan permainan Tag pada siklus I menunjukkan siswa-siswi mengalami peningkatan dengan 55,8% siswa tuntas (cukup-baik sekali) dan 45,2% masih belum tuntas. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan tes keterampilan tuntas dengan 37 siswa sudah lulus KKM atau tuntas dengan persentase 88%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini dengan menerapkan metode Play and Games dapat meningkatkan gerak lokomotor, non-lokomotor dan manipulatif.
